Consultancy Services

Contaminated land
Phase 1 through to completion: soil and groundwater contamination and its significance to human health and water resources; detailed quantitative risk assessments; options appraisals, design of remediation, supervision and verification. Sites range from single dwellings to major industrial or residential developments.

Hydrogeology
Groundwater flow and quality, modelling of natural attenuation for risk assessment, abstraction boreholes, ground source heating and cooling, licensing and regulations, protection and monitoring.

Geotechnical
Foundations, fill materials, stabilisation of mineworkings, slope stability, dewatering.

Land Condition Reports
Written by a Specialist in Land Condition bringing together information and interpretation using diverse historical sources and up to date ground investigation and risk assessment results; reviews of Contaminated Land reports for compliance with the National Quality Mark Scheme for Land Contamination Management by a SQP.

Materials Management Plans
Qualified Person to assess MMP and provide Declaration under the CL:AIRE Code of Practice.
